1. The admission to the camp is made on the basis of a pre-filled registration form and a signed form, giving an overview of the health status, please be as candid as possible;
2. Leaving the camp grounds is only permitted with the educator or with the knowledge of the educator with the parent or caregiver;
3. Those in the camp are obliged to comply with the rules of procedure, the agenda, the orders of the manager, the coach and the breeder;
4. When leaving the sleeping quarters, it must be checked that the windows and doors are closed and the electrical lighting is switched off;
5. Each participant in the camp is responsible for the maintenance of their belongings and bed space;
6. The valuables (photo machine, mobile, etc.) are desirable to be deposited in the hands of the grower, other technical means (laptop, board, etc.) are not necessary in the camp, no money needs to be taken with them to the camp;
7. For lost items e.g. mobile phone, glasses, etc. the camp staff is not responsible;
8. Special requirements of the breeder and the coach must be met while on the hike;
9. The participant in the camp must take a caring and sustainable approach to the natural environment;
10. Violent behaviour and profanity are prohibited, courtesy of all by observing all rules of courtesy;
11. Bullying is forbidden, everyone behaves friendly with everyone, and the larger ones are good role models and supporters for the smaller ones;
12. If the participant has any concern, ALWAYS speak immediately to the breeder or camp organizers;
13. The possession and consumption of alcohol, tobacco products and other health-damaging substances is strictly prohibited in the camp;
14. If danger situations arise, the camp staff must be informed immediately and must gather in a place previously agreed with the breeder;
15. The material damage caused by the participant to the property of the camp is compensated by the parent or caregiver;
16. If the camp's rules of procedure are not adhered to, a parent or caregiver will be contacted;
17. If the camper leaves the camp earlier because of the state of health, at his own request or due to non-compliance with the Rules of Procedure, the amount paid for the camp is not refundable;
18. If upon arrival at the camp it is known that a child is to be picked up by someone other than the parent himself, it is necessary to bring a signed free form statement when he comes along.
